Nice vintage pieces but super wobbly compared to a modern squat rack. These are strictly for display only in my collection. there are multiple generations of these stands, with the earlier ones having cradle like cups that look like they were inspired by a claw-footed bathtub and the later generations having more modern looking J-hook style cups.

for a cheap beater bar this thing actually performs really well and punches well above its weight class. I have had mine for going on seven years. It spent a couple years outdoors under a veranda in the deep south before we moved to our present location. It has been a daily driver and has held up remarkably well. Very minimal corrosion and the knurling is still quite decent. I have squatted with over 500 pounds on this bar and it feels stable, with the central Nerling strong enough to keep it from slipping but not so aggressive that it digs into the skin of your back. An excellent choice as an entry level or budget bar... don't overthink it, just start lifting.

52.5 inches between the inner collars. 15 inch smooth loadable sleeve. I picked mine up for a song when purchasing a bunch of other vintage York weights. I really like it as an historical piece but I never lift with it. The knurling is so passive that you can't tell where it ends and the smooth center section begins.

Excellent vintage curl bar. This is a daily driver for me. I have several curl bars that stay loaded with different weights for the various family members... this one I kept for my own use. It's perfect for skullcrushers and preacher curls. Mine has 8.5" loadable sleeves and weighs 19.9 lb.

Vintage deep dish plates. Solidly built and made to last. Accurate to within 2.5%. My pair weigh 105.7 and 105.3. Amazing plates for the heavy lifter and vintage collector.

Affordable and durable sandbags that get the job done. I have a large one filled to 125 lb and do shoulder lifts with drops and a smaller one that is used as a soft kettlebell; both have held up well with no sign of seam splitting or stitch loosening. The bag uses several internal bags that individually seal with thick, strong velcro straps. These are then sealed inside the main casing. Lots of handles in good positions for hoists, carries, and drags.

I've had this block for about six months and honestly have only used it a handful of times, but it does seem to do what it is designed for just fine. A nice accessory tool to add variety to your benchwork. The grooves on it are perfectly sized to hold the bar well and there is no wobble as you press up and down. There is a measurement label beside each groove so you know exactly what offset you are working with. If your coach has programmed you to do board work but you are lifting on your own, this is a good solution.
