I had this bar for about 2 months then sold it. I thought it was okay, but nothing like it's hyped up to be. I liked the knurling. The collars were sloppy and shifted laterally so much so that it was distracting during heavy lifts (maybe I got a bad one). I've used worse bars, but I've also used a lot better bars.

Lightweight and easy to move. Doesn’t store upright, which can be a downside depending on your space. I didn’t like the oval-shaped pad, especially for benching. Other than that, it’s a good budget-ish bench, although I think there are much better options now at a similar price point. I ended up selling this and my FB-5000 and upgraded to the AB-5200

This bench is awesome. It’s rock solid, provides the right amount of grip, and has pretty much any adjustment angle you would need. It also looks sharp. I like how it easily stores upright so it’s out of the way. Yeah it’s “heavy” as some people say… but that never even crossed my mind until I saw people complaining about it. I have no desire for attachments for my benches, so the lack of compatibility doesn’t bother me. A bit pricey, but you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Purchased the 90lb set in 2021 and they have held up great, just wish they went up to 110 or 120. I like how compact they are compared to something like a rubber hex dumbbell. Quick and easy to change weights. The only downside is that it’s a pain to put Fat Gripz on them. Other than that, I’ve really enjoyed them.

I think this is a perfect option if cables make up a small part of your training. I use it primarily for tricep pushdowns and curls, and occasionally low rows. Personally, I don’t need to spend $1000s on cable machines for 2-3 assistance exercises that I do once a week. I’ve attached it to both a rack and wall and like how compact it is.

It gets the job done. The angles aren’t very prominent. For the price, it’s not a bad option.

I have the stainless shaft and chrome sleeves. It’s the best power bar you can buy, plain and simple. I sold my 29mm TPB to get this and don’t regret it at all. You won’t need to buy another power bar. As others have said, knurling is grippy but not overly sharp. If you aren’t concerned about rust in your gym and want the same feel and save some money, go with bare steel.

Great, compact option if you like Nordic curls and don't have the budget/space for a GHD or Hyper Pro. I put a crash pad at the end of it to extend the length. Lightweight and easy to move around, yet feels rock solid when using it.
