My wife likes to use them for kick backs and lying single leg curls. The stitching seems to hold up well and the Velcro hasn’t failed. Pretty good for something from Amazon.

They’re absolute garbage. The first pair I got wasn’t even assembled, the second pair were different handles. Loadable dumbbells themselves are kind of annoying since the size of the plate interferes with range of motion of the exercises.

They’re great when they are on sale for $1/lb. A little slippery but they weight half a lb of what they claim.

It’s a pretty good tool to stretching and doing roll outs with. It doubles as a seat when you’re feeling lazy. The plastic doesn’t fair well in the cold weather, but that’s not really it’s fault

Do you want to train your pinch grip and want to feel inferior? Then look no further, with an online lead card you can see how weak your grip actually is. Even Brian Shaw can’t hold the record (for two hands atleast)

It comes with a tiny box for box squats tucked away inside like a matryoshka. Getting it out is a bit of an ordeal, you’ll need a few stout men to get it out. Once it’s out leave it strap side facing you. It’s a great box for step ups, jumps, split squats or anything you need a box for. The corners of the material do wear out fairly quick so make sure it doesn’t go outside without being on a horstel mat.

It’s a handy little unit to have around. Not only will it hold a crispy boy or a piping hot Lacroix it also holds a phone, bottle of ammonia or barbell rescue brush. Since it harnesses the power of magnets to stick to anything ferric, the uses are litterally endless.

For a little more than a normal cross member the pull-up bar is an excellent use of space. It only fits in the widest rack BOS sells, but it offers four grips attached to an axle width bar on one side and a small bar on the other. The welds aren’t great but I haven’t broken it yet.
