Barbell rescue is the best Nylon Brush I have ever used to clean my bars.

During COVID, I went out to my dad's house and cut down a tree to make a wooden log. I removed the bark, rough-sanded it, cut out a place for the handles, made handles from pipe, tied rope to the ends, and added grip tape to the center.

My plyo boxes make great storage for Kettlebells. In a home gym we have to make every bit of space count.

I like this rack cause you can move it around easily and even take it outside on a nice day. That is, if you like to press outside. I like it a lot for press and bench setup.

I wish they had had this rack available years ago. This would save so much space in my gym and allow for other equipment to take its place. Maybe one day I'll sell my rack and functional trainer to get this. I was a little envious when I helped my friend spec this out for his first home gym purchase.
