This pullover machine is one that lots of vertically challenged people (like myself) like quite a bit The stack goes to 300lbs and you’ll need to be extremely strong to be able to do working sets of the entire stack (I’m not currently strong enough to stack the machine for more than 4 reps) You can adjust the ROM on the machine; however, I find the maximum ROM setting works best for me There’s no foot lever for a pre stretch, but this doesn’t bother me I prefer this pullover over the newer nautilus pullover machines (like the nitro) You will need to add a seatbelt to this machine

Excellent ROM; I’m not even able to use the highest setting, because it spreads you apart so much This is the old school, belt driven model, with a 250lbs stack The felt weight and resistance curve on this machine means you won’t need a gym pin until you’re squatting nearly 600lbs

It’s a great rogue rack I’ve always liked lifting in half racks

Yeah. Great for leg extensions for short people (if you mod it) Below average for leg curls, which aren’t that important for me Weight stack to 286lbs and 231lbs for 15 reps is complete failure to me and I’m a pretty strong squatter (534lbs in comp) It’s good value new, for what it is. The machine is kind of loud and no matter how tight I torque down all the fasteners, I can’t seem to get rid of the noise (this only occurs for leg extensions at high weight) It’s been good enough for me to not want to actively upgrade, but bad enough for me to still dream about buying a prime combo machine Edit: it developed a creaking noise, so I ended up selling it and replacing it; I couldn’t handle how loud it was

It’s well built and an excellent open trap bar I wouldn’t pay full price for it, but in the $300-400 range used would be good value It feels stable for heavy deadlifts, the knurl is great, and it feels well balanced when deadlifting or doing lunges with it

This is a great cable attachment for single arm work I like mine and I’m happy to have it The knurling is great and it is well made It’s one of the few cable attachments I use weekly; I’m a fan of using it for one arm tricep extensions

Cheap collars that work great They beat out pretty much all other collars on their combo of value and performance Great addition to my home gym!

This is my favorite cable attachment I own. My only regret is not getting the thicker handles. I love hitting triceps with this & it’s easier on my elbows than other tricep attachments It’s a premium attachment, but it’s 100% worth it for me
