I’m a huge fan of powerblocks They are quick to adjust, the square design doesn’t bother me for the exercises I use them for (mostly just arm accessory work and chest supported rows) They feel good during pressing movements The exercises that feel awful with them, like overhead tricep extensions, I’ve never really liked doing My wife also dropped these from head height, while doing OHP, and they survived

I originally just used these on my powerblocks, but now I use them to micro load on my machines They were a good purchase and I use them often!

I love this squat bar. I have the fully stainless model & the knurl has held up, there’s no rust, and it feels great to squat with I prefer it over all the Texas squat bar models I also got lucky and got mine used for $200, which was nice!

Honestly I’m not a big fan of this cable attachment It’s okay for lateral raises if I’m wanting to do a lateral raise where I angle the raise as I go up It’s too unstable for heavy rows I feel it’d likely be great for cable chest flys, but that’s not a movement I train

This pullover machine is one that lots of vertically challenged people (like myself) like quite a bit The stack goes to 300lbs and you’ll need to be extremely strong to be able to do working sets of the entire stack (I’m not currently strong enough to stack the machine for more than 4 reps) You can adjust the ROM on the machine; however, I find the maximum ROM setting works best for me There’s no foot lever for a pre stretch, but this doesn’t bother me I prefer this pullover over the newer nautilus pullover machines (like the nitro) You will need to add a seatbelt to this machine

Excellent ROM; I’m not even able to use the highest setting, because it spreads you apart so much This is the old school, belt driven model, with a 250lbs stack The felt weight and resistance curve on this machine means you won’t need a gym pin until you’re squatting nearly 600lbs
