It does what it says it does I feel it’s easy to move and setup Build quality is solid, I just don’t end up using it as much, because the feel isn’t as good as a dedicated seal row station We do all have limited space, so compromises must be made; this is one of those compromises

I love this machine It’s incredible for hitting all the delts It’s decent for hitting chest All exercises with it feels smooth, the handles length fits me perfectly, and the weight stack is more than adequate I recommend this machine

There’s a reason you can find these super cheap on FBM It’s not the best seated calf raise machine, but it’s cheap and does its job adequately I paid $70 used for mine & id say it’s easily worth that price Build quality is meh & the design is just okay. Decent value though!

Im a huge fan of the transformer bar and it’s my most used speciality bar I’ve loaded over 500lbs+ on it and it feels great I’m a huge fan of the goblet, SSB, and high bar settings. Those are my most used settings on this bar Here’s my thoughts on each setting (note: I use a squat saddle with mine) Basically (with the squat saddle) Hinge setting - only useful for light weight good mornings (useless for me) Low bar setting - only alright for good mornings. Basically a worse Marrs bar High bar setting - I like this one for squats and good mornings. Allegedly similar but not as good as the prime SSB for this; however, I’ve never tried the prime SSB SSB setting - I think it’s a great SSB setting. I can squat hands free with it. I like it more than the Titan SSB and more than the rogue SSB Front squat setting - only SSB with this setting. It’s hard and I don’t enjoy them, but I could see someone liking them Goblet setting - only SSB with this. I’m a big fan of this setting and it’s very quad intensive. It’s a great setting for accessory work or a secondary or tertiary squat

This is the only abdominal crunch machine I like. It gives you an incredible pump. The stack is more than adequate for any lifter and you can usually find one for a reasonable price used It’s a machine I use 3x a week

It’s a heavy duty, reasonably priced reverse hyper A reverse hyper is either something you have to have or is used mostly as a table It’s something I have to have to warmup for deadlifts and squats; this one is just as good as the rogue one, except cheaper!

This is my favorite belt squat machine The footprint is big; however, it’s worth it if you’re a powerlifter who loves belt squats or someone who does belt squats multiple times a week I’ve loaded up over 500lbs on this thing & it handles it great. I’m a fan of how you can do ultra wide or ultra narrow belt squats on the platform

I like it better than the duffalo bar. Feels very good with 500lbs on squat Feels good for bench too & the thickness makes it feel easy on the elbows I like it a bunch, even though I rarely use it nowadays
