Purchased BoS crossmembers and uprights to use with some Rogue uprights that I already had to make a full 4 post rack. The shipping was pretty quick and everything was packaged well so that nothing was damaged en route. Bells uses the same imperial measurements as Rogue, so everything lined up perfectly during assembly. There are a few quirky things that I noticed in mixing and matching. Nothing negative, just differences between companies to be aware of: -Numbering is different; Bells numbers all of the holes on crossmembers and uprights, Rogue doesn't. On uprights this means safeties or j cups are going to be at different numbers at the same height. -Rogue top crossmembers have a different design (flush with top of upright) so the lower bolt goes through a different hole in the upright than the Bells crossmember. This doesn't affect stability or anything but having two top crossmembers that are different means they are not even with each other. So i will need to get another one to make them match if I want to add a Darko anchor or something. -Least important, the "black" of the Bells crossmember is gray. Not nearly as nice as the satin black from Rogue- but i saved some money and they are just as strong and will function just as well.

Added this to my Rogue plate tree like many others and it works perfectly. Although that is because i have spacers on the side pegs- otherwise plates would be bumping into each other. However, in my setup, that still leaves plenty of room on the other pegs even if I accumulate more plates in the future. Price is relatively comparable to other options and it will literally last forever.

What could be better than a true test of strength using that classic of home gyms everywhere. Now, do i have horse stall mats in my basement? God no, the two that i have purchased in my life stunk up my car so bad each time that i had to drive with the windows open for a week. But a tiny rectangle of one with an opportunity to get on a leaderboard? Now we're talking.

I have the same comments as everybody else- these are relatively cheap, they go on a bar or dumbbell easily, and they will work your grip like crazy. Even if you aren't focusing on grip training, these are an easy way to get some extra work in.

This is my first double-sided jack and I really like it so far. Very easy to boost up the bar compared to my smaller single sided jack, and the rollers are a big help to center the bar. I seem to be incapable of putting deadlifts back down where i picked them up, so. Not super expensive either

First impression only- I will update after I have used this for a few workouts. Shipping was very quick and the pieces were extremely well packaged. Assembly was very easy and the included instructions were among the best of any product I've ever had to put together. The machine is very sturdy, although it's obviously a budget piece with lower grade materials. I don't say that as a bad thing though. I paid around $800 and the other alternative that I considered was Temple of Gainz which is about triple the price. There's a reason for that; thicker steel, etc. Using it, the motion feels very natural and there is no wobble or instability- at least so far at low weight. Very good first impression, hopefully I will have another update soon talking about how i have finally gotten strong. UPDATE- I'm still not strong but not because of anything wrong with this machine. I can't say I've put a ton of weight on but that's because it is hard as hell. Full sessions have felt great, I mean not great, but you know. It's humbling, as the saying goes. I'm very glad I went with this over a leg press- no strain on my back and the movement feels much better on my knees. I also was able to tuck it into a weird corner in my gym so I'm getting maximum use out of my space. Highly recommend

This is a product that would be extremely useful for some people but might end up being totally useless for others. They work well for what they do, so if you do a lot of heavy dumbbell presses and get the hang of the setup you will probably like the functionality. For my current situation, I use loadable dumbbells above 50 pounds, so it's nice not to have to jam the ends into my knees and kick them up. But in the future when i complete my set up to 100 i will probably never use these. Not too expensive though to have on hand even if they are only rarely used.
