Everything i said about the RM-4 applies equally here. I used pieces of this rack to expand to a 6 post and for additional storage- for sure i could have accomplished the same thing without spending as much but it is nice to have my giant Legos definitely be compatible and to be the highest quality. And if I'm still lifting when I'm 100, this rack will still be going strong.

Works perfectly for bar storage on a rack and has tons of color options. The clear grind looks very cool. A little more premium cost than typical bar storage but worth it

They feel so good in my hands... So far i really like these for reverse delt flies and unilateral tricep pushdowns, definitely worth having in the collection. A plus

Got this when it was on sale last November because I had read so many good things about the benefits of reverse hypers and this was the only one that I could realistically fit in my gym. It is surprisingly solid and stable for something that folds up although I haven't loaded it up with a ton of weight. I've been using it more for higher rep rehab kind of work and it is great for that. It's a little bit awkward to fold up and move around but not too bad, and the space saving is a huge benefit. Make sure you have enough open space to unfold it and use it though- I had to rearrange a bit at one point because I underestimated the full size when it's open. Highly recommend as a relatively inexpensive starting point to add this exercise in a smaller space. Also- when it's unfolded it will hold so many drinks on top.

I avoid wall mounting anything in my gym, so finding a gun rack style barbell holder that could go on my rack uprights was nice. It locks into the keyhole so doesn't need any hardware- this makes assembly and installation a breeze. The price is relatively comparable to other companies and it has the typical Rogue quality. One tip- I had a hard time getting them to lock in at first, to the point where I thought something was defective. However, I figured out that you need to not shove the piece flush to the upright. It should go in partway and then slide downward so that the groove in the peg will lock into the keyhole. Maybe I'm the only one stupid enough to not figure this out right away, but in case this helps anybody else...

My only previous experience with rack safeties was pins in a cheap Amazon rack. That was horrible, so I absolutely love these flip-down safeties. They can handle (I assume) ten times more weight than I would ever be able to lift and they are quick and easy to adjust. They are relatively heavy, so someone smaller might struggle a bit with them- but as long as I use both hands I have no issues. They also have holes along the side similar to most spotter arms that can be used for various attachments- handles for dips, landmine, leg rollers, etc. I have never used straps so I can't compare but these are a massive upgrade from pin and pipe safeties and I highly recommend them. Only knocking off a star on value because they are more expensive than similar products from other companies.

It doesn't seem like there are a ton of options for vertical racks like this that can hold up to 50 pound dumbbell sets, so I was very happy to find Synergy. The build quality is extremely high, especially the powder coat which looks fantastic. With this type of rack you do have to be a little careful when putting dumbbells back or else you can get a little pinch, but it's well worth it if you need to conserve space. The footprint is just slightly over 2 feet square, which is tiny compared to a lower horizontal set of shelves. The price is a bit higher than other options, but they are made in the US, have tons of color options, and you can also attach weight pegs and anything else to the upright in the middle. They have also now come out with a way to mount the vertical racks to walls or uprights which would save even more space. Highly recommend checking them out if you want a nicer storage option than the typical shelves.

I have the short version of this bench with the fat pad and absolutely love it. The pad feels great- a little bit soft but firm enough that you feel well supported. And although other benches are heavier none of them could possibly feel any more stable than this. I upgraded my adjustable bench recently and thought about selling this one to save space- but I like benching on it too much to ever get rid of it.
