Did I say I was going to get this but wait to Black Friday? Yes. Did we all know I wasn't going to wait? Also yes. This thing is pretty awesome and a big upgrade from the RitFit. Pulley is super smooth. There is a little wobble to seat but that is to be expected as this is a budget piece. It is advertised at 1:1 ratio. It's not quite that but way better then then ritfit. All in all, this is a keeper. Big thumbs up.

I have had one for years and it's held up. Don't use that often anymore but every now and then take it outside to do some explosive throws with it.

Kind of fun to use to beat a tire with. Tried using it for various movements and just wasn't for me.

Have a few of these laying around on the wall or various dumbbells. I am a sucker for a cool name. Quality seems decent and they were pretty accurate so thumbs up.

Honestly works pretty great. No issues after having it for years on my Echo.

Old school standard plates with different addresses so you gotta collect them all.

Affordable piece of equipment. Doesn't roll super smooth but it's not horrible either. Does a nice job for hamstring development.

I've had mine going on...what...20+ years? This thing is a tank. Not even sure it's the same manufacturer at this point mine is so old but I've up to 100 lbs on here and didn't hurt it at all.
