My wife uses it primarily for balance training. Good quality and the standard.

Nice comfortable leg strap for inner/outer thigh and kickback exercises. I will also sometimes use it to attach a TRX to my power rack pull up bar.

Multiple uses for a quality wedge shaped piece of foam. Worth the buy to have in your arsenal.

It’s cast steel weight with handles. There’s plates out there that are better quality and more attractive but these will do if you’re on a budget.

Adjustable height. Included casters. Step thru design. Overall a great stand for the REPxPepins or QuickDraws. The “toaster” for the weight add on plates could be improved. Very thin cheap plastic.

Arguably the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. The feel and expandability is unmatched however the finicky cradle can ruin the experience when the plates bind up. Weight adjustment is easy and smooth. Handle is nicely knurled.
