This can be awkward to set up and use. Works well for pressing or hack squats. Build quality is not great.

This is a nice piece to add to any gym. It’s good for stretching and core work. It’s can fold up for easy storage.

Nice commercial grade weight tree. I got this on FBMP out of a gym. Holds a good amount of weight and two bars.

This adds a nice variety to push ups. This helps prevent wrist pain and lets me get a little deeper in the push up.

My wife likes to use these on the functional trainer. They are good quality.

I bought this from BJs back 2024. It has been good so far. The only issue I have had is that the belt shift to the left side of the treadmill when you are running, this causes it to start to grab the side, and it causes you to have a misstep.
