They hold plates on the rack conveniently. Nothing too mind blowing but the plates slide smoothly on them and they are pretty expensive for what they are.

Mainly picked this up to train on hex bars since that’s what the Army fitness test uses. I got it on marketplace for $300 so a fair amount saved over new, but I’ve only used it once. It just takes up space and boy, what a lot of space it takes. In my Rogue 9 bar holder it eats up several spaces. A bit of a pain to move around and get set up but it’s a sturdy unit.

Solid bar holder that’s built like a tank. I chose Rogue to support American, although very similar products can be purchased for cheaper. If I didn’t have the ability to pick up from Rogue and had to pay shipping on this unit I may have reconsidered.

Nothing special but price is cheap and weights are pretty accurate

Bar feels pretty cheap, although it isn’t that expensive I think it’s worth paying another 100 for a Bella bar if you need a lighter starting weight. It gets the job done however for my wife in overhead movements where she needs a lighter bar.

The sad part about this bar is I purchased it when I lived in Alaska, so freight made it almost $300. The knurling is almost non-existent and lacks power bar features such as center knurling. If you can get it for cheap it’s not terrible beater bar, it currently lives as my designated landline row bar.

Added these to the gym because the Rogue deep dish take up a lot of space. Price is fair for US made plates, and shipping was crazy fast. 3 days from ordering to my door. I think the lip on these are a great middle ground allowing for ease of movement without being overly thick.

This is my first quality bar after lifting with a Cap Beast bar for a decade, I know people complain about the cerakote dulling the knurling but it grips like crazy compared to what I’m used to. Price seems in line with most other bars. One note is the coating on the sleeves will get wrecked after the first use. If you care about scratches this may not be the one for you.
