Not a fan of this one despite it being one of the first widely available. It's loud, clunky, and often times not very balanced feeling. Other brands do it better for less money.
These things are great if they have what you're looking for. You get a very high quality barbell, usually without being able to tell why it's in the boneyard, for a fraction of the normal MSRP.
Being Rogue and made in USA you get a certain level of quality, but the design on this is so simplistic it probably makes more sense to go with an import version to save money, or the Rogue Monster one to get a better product overall.
This works as intended but I find it's big, bulky, and under heavy load doesn't work as easily as some of the other designs with fulcrums, wheels, or rollers.
This is a solid add on to any landmine set up. However as the years have gone by there are some more refined options that are less bulky and lighter you may want to consider.
These are sold by basically every manufacturer. These aren't nicer in any way shape or form for the most part so you're better off just finding the best deal of price per pound.
I didn't really find a place for these in my training. In fact I got annoyed more that they were basically good for one overloaded rep, then you had to set them back up again. I'd rather use other forms of accommodating resistance.
RH's are hit or miss and these are def a miss for me. They eat up a ton of space, didn't seem to be the "magic" fix they're advertised as, and it's super easy to cheat the movement with momentum. On the bright side, it makes a great table.
