This thing is a monster as the name implies. It's 35mm and 55kg. It's everything you love about a Texas bar, just bigger. I don't see a reason for most to buy this however as many don't need the added length on the shaft of sleeves. That being said, it makes squatting in any rack a breeze as you'll never hit the uprights. I do wish they'd just fully knurl the shaft but it is what it is. You do get some slop on the sleeve due to the roll pin design used by TPB, but if you're in the market for a big ol squat bar, this may be it!

This is a great bar if you're into olympic weight lifting. It has the high quality build you'd expect from Rogue and is one of the few they offer with bearings instead of bushings. The cost of this is relatively high when compared to other bars in Rogue's lineup, but very affordable when compared to other high end weightlifting bars from other manufacturers. I likely would only suggest this to someone who is deep into weightlifting and not just looking for a bar to do cleans or snatches with as you'd likely be fine with a bushing bar and saving some money.

This is the Budweiser of barbells. That's not a knock at all, I mean you get a super consistent product that's stood the test of time. Rogue offers a ton of options on these in terms of finishes, but stainless is the best if it's in your budget. They do not have center knurling, but the knurl feel itself is passive yet slightly grippy. Since rogue updated its tolerances on all their bars and now offer smoother sleeves, this is a really hard bar to beat for general training. If you're mainly doing squat/bench/dead/ohp you're better off with an Ohio Power Bar however.

This is a hard bar to beat if you're able to get it while it's on sale. Cost can be as low as $220 shipped, which is hard to compete with especially considering the build quality. Some of the issues however is that they've been changing the bar some. The first batch came with tig welded sleeves, laser engraved Hansu markings on the shaft, and an IPF approved sticker. Newer versions sometimes are missing some of these features. The knurling on here is good and the tolerances are tight, the other downside to this bar is just dealing with Hansu as their customer service sucks and they provide little to no info on your orders once paid.

This bar is one of the hardest to find as it's always out of stock. The overall build quality on this can't be beat. It has superb tolerances and really top notch finishes. The downside of this particular bar is the knurling is some of the most passive you'll find. The bar is also extremely expensive with used copies still selling for well over $1000. The only reason I gave the value a 2 instead of 1 is b/c if you do choose to sell one, you'll likely get your money back if not more b/c of it's scarcity.

This is a cool bar to have in my collection, but one I would never recommend someone buy. The knurling on this is weird, it's grippy but it looks awful. It also has a very bad black zinc or oxide finish that now appears green. The price on this is also very high to start and you'll have to import it from Finland as it's not sold here in the USA.

I've owned several buffalo style bars and the Rogue CB-4 is the one I decided to keep. The main reason for me keeping this one over the Duffalo bar or other options is mainly due to the novelty of this being 38mm. It is built very well, but I rated it slightly lower b/c the initial batches were not bent correctly and they had to replace mine and many others. The finish on mine is also more matte now, when the first one I had was more satin. Otherwise this thing is great but for most they'd probably rather spend $300 or so on a lesser bar b/c they won't use it as often or don't care for the thicker diameter.

For many people, this is the bar to end all bars. However I've found it to be overhyped. It's a good bar overall, medium knurling, Swedish steel, and a lot of prestige. Where it lacks is overall build quality as it's quite a loud bar (tolerance issues), the knurling could be better, and the price is insane. This is a bare steel bar and they want almost $1300 for it before shipping/tax? NO WAY. The SS OPB is better and 1/3 of the price.
