LOVE this bar. Heavy at 55lbs but outside of using a SSB or Marrs bar to squat, this is as close to an actual straight bar low bar back squat as I can get. Great knurling, different than my other fringe bars, closest to the REP double black diamond. Really enjoy it for squatting.

I really enjoyed this machine - it is small and the leg press is excellent although its a plate eater. I suspect you get about 60% felt weight on the leg press and 70% on the hack squat. I'm 5'8' so the hack squat on my version was a challenge for range of motion but the newer version is excellent. Reasonable price, great machine. Good build quality.

Wow - this is a great machine! After trying a bunch of rack mounted, plate loaded, budget and even mid to high end machines, this one is a keeper. It feels exactly like a selectorized machine thanks to the curve and is heavy and comfortable. I like that you can really load it up very heavy, more than most selectorized machines. The lying curl is good too, great for hamstrings and the moveable seat is good for everyone in my family. Worth every penny.

I have 2 PR5000 racks, one with a smith and 41' crossmembers in white and one with 16" crossmembers in white. I put REP plate storage shelves on the rear of both and it keeps them super stable. I like that these racks are thinner together than my prior Rogue and Fray racks, makes loading and unloading off the jcups easier IMO. Look great, paint is perfect, really enjoy the stormtropper look.

Love these - I have two white ones with Green handles on a mid size longy bar I use for lat pulldowns. Nice to have for other cable movements too

Love everything I've bought from Darko! This is really useful to store some extra bars above. I have mine behind my Smith on a REP PR5000 rack and it holds a zercher shorty bar with an abmat cushion and a 1' standard CAP barbell I use to bench pig iron. Looks sharp!

Hard to find fault with this Smith - its so smooth and easy to use. I use it for overhead pressing, drag curls, some benching for my girls, who feel safer using it and some RDLs/Bulgarian squats. Love the 32mm bar, nice and thick. I have mine on a 93' PR500 rack set inside so I can use the front for regular barbell work. Love it. Highly reccomend.

I love squats and its my strongest lift but I struggle with shoulder mobility. I started out with a Vulcan pro SSB and it was both super heavy and uncomfortable - the normal SSB pushes you forward too much. The Marrs bar light (I have the 30lb version) is amazing for lifting heavier. Once you learn that you need to stand wider so you can have your elbows go between your legs, you can easily get dialed in with this bar and it is easier to keep more upright. I can lift 425 with my bar - which is slightly more than in is rated for and is the most plates I can fit using Rogue bumpers due to the short collars. I also use a Fringe Sport Longhorn cambered bar to squat and can lift more with the Marrs. I met the creator at the HCG 2026 and he mentioned you can buy longer collars from 3rd party companies and that it will hold much more than it is rated for which has been my experience. Really enjoy using it in tandem with the Longhorn and it is very good for back extension good mornings and standing calf raises.
