Technically this isn't the version I bought- I started with a 4 post rack, then expanded to a 6 post and added the twin stack, then later shrunk down to this layout. But this version fits the best in my setup now- the footprint is very small while opening up tons of potential exercises. This machine is a primo example of Rogue quality and overbuilt-ness. Giant trolleys with massive pulleys, big weight stacks, etc. Necessary? Absolutely not, but I love it. Everything is incredibly smooth and will last forever. Price is the big sticking point- I got my twin stack add-on before the most recent price increases, and I can't say the current price is worth paying versus the competition. For whatever reason, Rogue racks are pretty close in price to the other big companies but their FT racks are way more. The quality might be higher, but functionality wouldn't be that much different. For me though, very glad to have this and would never consider replacing it with anything else.

I got these to use for benching, so i can't speak to how they are for squats. These are the first monolift attachments that I've owned, so there was a bit of a learning curve. But once I figured out where to position myself on the bench i have really enjoyed using these and I do feel like they have saved my shoulders from some wear and tear. The cons are the price (although i got mine used for much cheaper), and the space they take up along with being annoying to move around. I actually set up a separate rack for benching so that I could leave them in place- taking them on and off would get really old. I also wish they had rollers. Definitely not a must have attachment but for me and my setup i really like them. They also seem to pop up on Marketplace regularly so there's a good chance at getting them at a discount- probably not worth full price considering what else you could get for that amount of money.

Another great product from Darko- attaches to spotter arms that you already have and boom, chest supported row. Then when you're done, it's super light and attaches anywhere on an upright so you can easily store it. There are several other exercises and uses for it as well that I'm planning on exploring. Love the shorty bar just like I love everything I've gotten from Darko. I've been using it for landmine rows and it's perfect for what I wanted. I can change widths or handles however I want, plus at any point I can also attach it to my cable stack for pulldowns. Well built, custom colors, and also ships fast and well packaged.

I'm probably not the target customer for these but I jumped on a discounted blemished pair thinking I could probably use them for something. The blemishes are only on the bottom, first of all, so who cares. Second of all, I think these might be made by a wizard. When you drop something heavy on them, it practically sticks to the pad. But they aren't big and thick, they're basically the same size and thickness as a rubber tile from a deadlift platform and incredibly light. I can easily pick both up in one hand. I can see these being incredibly useful for anybody needing to drop weights in any context. In fact, for this review I did the first axle clean and press of my life. Dropped 135 from overhead; maybe a 10 inch bounce and then stopped dead. And my dumbells basically stick no matter how hard I drop them. Wizardry. One note- they need to be stored in a climate controlled area. But they are easy enough to move and store that you could find a place in your house if you have a garage gym. They would fit under the bed. Also- price will be the sticking point, it's going to be high. For me, the discounted price was well worth it since I didn't already have crash pads of any sort. Very early impressions- the bends in this bar feel really nice on my wrists and elbows unlike what I got from the curl bar fairy. Also a nice level of knurling, enough for good grip but nothing crazy. I got this bar on sale for less than a hundred bucks new and so I wish I could give 6 stars for value.

After reading all of the glowing reviews, I figured I would enjoy a pair of these for deadlifting. And I do- they lock onto the bar really well and are obviously stronger than I will ever need. The other advantage that I had not considered is the twist-on method is much easier for my 12-year old to manage. My other collars are really difficult for him to use, whereas he can easily screw and unscrew these with no problem. Plus I like how easy they are to use myself. Very happy with these.

These are from a company called 1st Chain Supply. They sell all kinds of chains for non-gym purposes but sell these sets specifically for lifting. They come with smaller chains for connecting to the bar so that you can easily adjust the length you need depending on the lift. I contemplated going the FBMP route and finding any old chains, but I don't have the right tools to cut chains this size and honestly I didn't want to have old rusty greasy chains in my gym. These were delivered to my door in three days and are exactly what I needed to dip my toes into the conjugate waters. I already want to get more.
