This is a solid Ab Wheel. It has a wide wheel and having a few abdominal tools in the toolbox is helpful (like Ab Straps) to engage different parts of your core.

Great addition to add variety to your back days while also incorporating grip strength. They loop on quickly and the powder coat finish takes on chalk well. I enjoy cycling them in and am actually used them today coincidentally. They are not expensive at about $80.

This is so much nicer than TK Star’s $121 version, since this is stainless steel and knurled so nicely with his aggressive knurling. Now at $255 for the aggressively knurled piece with swivel and endcaps, it is a little more than twice as expensive as the TK Star version, but the material and knurling make up for that premium price for me. But still have to knock it down in the “Value” category due to cost and the TK Star being a nicely fine alternative most will opt for. They also have a special edition version with knurling for $188.

Harken back to the times of Fred Rollon who claims his physique was the result of training with a chest expander and nothing else. I truly got this thing thinking it was a gimmick, but thought a $93 investment wouldn’t be too big of a loss. After reading some other reviews attesting to the quality of the piece, I decided to go for it. This is something that took me a little by surprise in its effectiveness. Calling it a “chest” expander doesn’t do it justice, since lists, triceps and delts are really engaged. Triceps and biceps as well with certain setups. I use this and crossover symmetry to both warm up and as finishers. The construction is decent and the price is great compared to the OG brand that is 3 times as much.

I sooo wanted the Rogue MG-4CN with stainless sleeves, stainless interchangeable handles and in the shorter version. But with my REP rack and Mutant Metals Snap Backs the clearance wasn’t there. I have a flat football bar that I also use for bench and OHP that provides grip variations. But this bar allows for easy clearance, and a greater depth but only on outside handles. The welds are poorly done, but the Rogue bar didn’t have fantastic looking welds either. It’s a balanced bar, throws in a little variety into training, and pretty well priced. So it gets rotation in my routine and I have it stored in the lower part behind my rack’s rear uprights.

This was the very first barbell that I purchased and used for everything and I thought it was crazy expensive (until I got a few Kabuki bars for $800 and the Rogue stainless Olympic bar $700 🤑). It is a valuable lesson though that one bar can do everything just fine! But I guess I didn’t take heed, because now I own about 18 barbells 🫣. The knurling is great, the balance and feel of the bar under weight is great. This bar “set the bar” in the home gym community for good reason.

I do not like to refer people to knock-offs typically (particularly if the knock-offs are very inferior). But when certain items are way overpriced and there are high quality knock-offs that get the job done and bring you 99% there - then I don’t feel so bad. Both the long and short versions allow for quick width adjustments and for you to make the most use out of your ROT-8 handles. If you already bought into that “ecosystem” as I did, it only makes sense to have landmine attachment, long bar, and this short bar. I got the attachment wall mounted organizer as well.

Overpriced as most all Prime equipment is. This piece is built very well with the paddle handles and large rotational ball. It is nice for face pulls. Although, a cheaper option, of which I use now, is a long Tricep rope. The nice thing about Prime pieces, is that they go quickly on FB marketplace and you can sell them for a premium.
