If you’re going to have one specialty bar for the upper body it’s this one. I have a kabuki made one with the grippy powder coat instead of the mild knurl that rogue uses. I regularly use this bar on bench and overhead pressing utilizing all 3 grip widths at times. Purchased used in 2022 for $400

These are my favorite jcups I have ever used. The flat roller option is superior on my opinion but to each their own. Fit all my rogue monster racks like a glove. Won these at home gym con 2023

These really are a great bang for your buck, significantly more user friendly than front loaded handles. Price is great if you get them on sale. Titan does have a handful of items worth their salt and this is one of them. Have owned since 2024

Possibly the coolest looking plates ever made. It’s all about the history with these bad boys. Glad I was able to score a pair of marked 45s.

I’m a huge fan of board pressing and this tool really helps get a board press in while training alone. Much better than bungee cording a 2x4 to your self. Nothing smokes my triceps like a good board press. Purchased new in 2020

This plates are great, significantly better option than the metal versions from rogue or titan. Perfect for elevated deadlift. For as heavy and big as they are they are surprisingly easy to move around. Purchased used in 2025 for $220

It’s a deadlift bar… but it’s the shortest deadlift bar on the market so outside of it being 27 mm which is accurate they definitely missed the mark on length so it’s generally considered the stiffest deadlift bar ever made. It’s constructed well just misses the spirt of what a powerlifting deadlift bar is.
