I honestly wouldn't want to use the ancores without this. Added some magpins and it makes moving the ancores an absolute breeze.

I got this from Facebook marketplace. My units came from a CrossFit gym, so have seen a ton of use, but they're still going strong. I didn't want to jinx myself but it feels like these are simple enough mechanisms that they might work for many years to come. I probably wouldn't have paid full price for these, but "heavily used marketplace" price was acceptable. I keep these mounted on a rack with the darko rack mounts. Without that, fiddling with the Velcro straps world probably mean that I never used them. Weight feels reasonable. There is definitely a different feel from a weight stack. Not worse, just... Different. The biggest limitation with these is that they max out at 65 lbs. I double up my units for things like tri pushdowns, but also needed to keep a lat pulldown / low row machine for things where the combined weight isn't enough.

This was my first barbell and it served me well for a couple of years. I upgraded not necessarily because I had to, but just because I wanted to. It's inexpensive, the knurling is a bit passive, and my collars had some friction and didn't spin super great, but it gets the job done and handled everything the first few years of my home training threw at it

This is the bench I got to kickstart my gym alongside some bowflex adjustable dumbbells and some gym tiles that came with our house. It adjusts, it's reasonably sturdy, and it's extremely cheap. I probably wouldn't trust it now that I bench heavy, but for what it is -- an entry level bench -- you can't ask for more.

When I bought my house, the old owner tried to sell us a bunch of stuff. We replied "We would like everything except the elliptical please", and their counteroffer was "if you take the elliptical, you can have everything for free". The biggest downside was getting it from the upstairs office where it was (see picture) into the basement. Almost killed myself trying to do that solo. Anyway, now I own an elliptical. I actually use it sometimes, too. Despite hating the device, I can't give it less than 5 stars across the board, it was free, exceedingly heavy and well built, and works like an elliptical.

I wanted to love these. I wanted to be that rare soul who buys jammer arms actually gets a ton of use out of them. Unfortunately, I wasn't, and these currently sit disassembled on my gym shelf. The problem is that they're just so damn unwieldy. I added the gympin adapters for lateral movement, and the weight of the arms is enough that I just hate getting them on and off my rack, or changing the height. When they're on there, I really do like using them for the occasional movement. I haven't sold them though because I'm holding out hope. When I can expand my gym (which will be when my daughter no longer needs her play space in the basement), I'll pick up a cheap rack, some vendetta adapters, and like Marshall says in his review, be able to "do any machine exercise you want."

I really liked this, but ultimately sold it on Facebook marketplace. I just found that although I liked using it, I just used it so infrequently (once or twice a month, after squat days) that I couldn't justify it when I needed money for other gym equipment. I now rig something up with an adjustable bench and ancore unit, which isn't as good but it gets the job done.

I bought a standalone T-3 squat stand and added these to it to make a large weight plate display stand. Absolutely no complaints about them, really solid and well made.
