Defining ethos of the Crü. No gym is complete without it

Excellent attachment for mutiple exercises. So far my main uses are tricep pushdowns and bicep curls. The rotation feels super nice, no stress on the wrists or elbows. For me, curls especially feel really good in a way that dumbbells or barbell curls never have. Super nice construction, very smooth rotation, and a choice of colors for the handles if you want. Plus, not incredibly expensive compared to similar products.

I've had this for a long time and can't really remember why I bought this one specifically. It works great for what it is- incredibly sturdy, UHMW inside so your knurling doesn't get messed up and it lifts the bar plenty high for loading. Downside obviously, you can only load one side at a time. Plus once you get up into the high 300s it gets a little tougher to lift up the bar. For me as someone working my max up from lowish 400s that has not been a huge issue and i don't really have space for a big double sided jack. In the future I will probably make space, and for someone routinely pulling 400, 500, or more they would most likely want a bigger version.

Cheap simple option that takes up no space. I generally would use a pretty wide bumper plate to start when I was using this so it was easy to line up well enough to get a stable setup. Obviously not as good as a real deadlift jack but if you're short on space it gets the job done. I also use it on top of blocks when i couldn't use a jack, so it still gets used even though I upgraded (slightly).

This came with my twin stack add-on and I chose the stainless version. It is really really really nice. Feels great in your hands, obviously very robust and heavy. Every pull feels like instant muscles. Now that it's an extra add-on, the price is more of a factor. To me if I'm already dropping a few thousand on the machine maybe an extra 200ish bucks isn't a big deal. But i can't imagine going out to buy just a lat bar that this would make sense. Although! It is super high quality and I'm glad I own it.

I'm not actually 100% sure that the bar I have is technically an Echo bar because I bought it so long ago that the exact listing on the Rogue website no longer exists. It was called a "Rogue bar." But it's the same general thing- no center knurl, passive knurling, intended for multi-use. This was the only bar I owned for the first 5 years of my home gym, so i did everything with it. As a beginner, this worked fine and for anybody just starting out it's a very high quality bar and you won't miss any of the things that it doesn't do. I actually don't remember what the knurling was like originally because so much of it has been worn smooth from use and being racked into cheap metal J cups. But it couldn't have been too sharp. I still use this bar in most workouts with a landmine or just on accessory exercises. It got me started so i have a fondness for it but also- it's a perfectly good bar still. For someone who already has some years of training under their belt this is not going to be what they want, but anyone that just wants something basic with sleeves that spin that won't bend under heavy weight, go for this or something comparable instead of whatever Amazon special is the cheapest. Used, new, whatever- for something that will last literally decades paying a bit more upfront is worth it.

I upgraded to this from a cheapo Amazon post landmine and am very happy with it. The movement is noticeably smoother in every direction, and the ability to connect to my rack is going to open up a lot of exercises that i couldn't do before. Haven't used it a ton yet but excited to fit it into a lot of workouts in the near future.

I would love to be a contrarian and explain why everyone else is wrong about this bench but I can't, it's pretty great. It is incredibly sturdy and stable but also easy to move around. Yes, I'm in the gym to lift heavy things but when I need to get through a gap between equipment with inches to spare and then make a 90 degree turn, it would be very annoying to do with a 130 pound bench. The pad is great (although i like my Thompson fat pad better) and it's very stable when stored upright as well. I don't have any attachments yet, but I like that as an option for the future. But even if i never get any and i only use this for incline bench, DB exercises, etc, it would be well worth it.
