Got these to throw on my pullup bar for a neutral grip option and they work great. At some point I will get around to trying them out as cable attachments also because I'm sure there are movements that they would work well for. Relatively cheap but feel sturdy and the design makes them easy to instantly put on the bar but feel completely secure that they will hold your weight.

I feel like I have to give myself 5 stars since I made these, right? I used to have a 6' by 8' deadlift platform and when I downsized to 4' by 8' I kept the extra 2 feet of stall mat and plywood. After I got my new rack, I used the 2x4s from the pallet it came on for a layer underneath the plywood so now they are around 3 to 4 inches tall. I also stuck an extra board on with brackets to put handles on- I think they are extra drawer handles that were lying around. At this height they aren't super heavy, but helpful to have a place to grab. As a not super handy person, I recommend making these if you ever want blocks because how could you even mess it up.

For me this has been absolutely amazing for my shoulders. I happen to be right in the middle of the L size so when I put it on it's tight enough that I feel it in a good way, but it's not so tight that it hurts or cuts off circulation. I was having a lot of pain in my shoulders from almost every exercise and after wearing this for about a week, maybe a couple hours a day, it vanished completely. Like gone. I can't imagine it works like this for most people but for me this has been basically a minor miracle. I still put it on for a while sitting at my desk each day and I have been doing dips, rows, overhead presses, all totally pain free for the first time in months. Couldn't have asked for better results personally. Also- I attached a daisy chain to the loop in the back so I could reach behind and pull it down. Feels better if it's adjusted periodically.

I have a four bar version of this and it works great. In my space I am trying to maximize what I can store vertically and this was perfect for my extra rack pieces. The price was fairly comparable to other companies considering that it holds four bars so no complaints. Very much hoping to get some more grown up bars soon, so hopefully the kids bar in there will get shunted off to the corner.

I have had this rower for many many years and have not used it nearly as much as I should. I chose it over the Concept2 or those types because I wanted something quieter and more soothing sounding. At the time it was going in the basement of our very small house and it would have been very annoying for the rest of the family otherwise. I have no idea what a hardcore rower person would think about it but for me as a very sporadic user, it's a good workout, the sound is legitimately pleasant and it seems very sturdy and well made. It also stands up against the wall for storage which is helpful. I think it might be a bit more expensive than other rowers so for actual gym use I don't know that I would recommend over the Concept2 or even various knockoffs. But if you want something with a different vibe or maybe it's going in the living room it could be a good option.

I picked up a couple of these to use in a DIY lat pulldown/low row that I used for a while before splurging for a fancy cable machine. They worked perfectly, no issues- these are pretty heavy duty. Now I need to switch over to using them for grip stuff- horse stall mat gripper is on the way!!!

This thing is a beast. Nothing fancy but if you want storage for like a billion pounds of weight plates here you go. It also has some holes in it that can potentially used for more weight horns or barbell storage. Wheels work great if it's on smooth concrete- I used to roll mine around with 700ish pounds on it with no problem. But when I got rubber tile flooring I had to park it because it would pull up the floor when it moved. Possibly it would work on stall mats? Others might know. Anyways, kinda expensive new but will last forever. And they do pop up on marketplace too, getting one for a discount would be even better.

I bought these as a set back in 2013 when I first set up a home gym and didn't have any idea what I was doing. I wasn't sure if I would like Oly lifting or powerlifting so I figured these would work either way. At the time taking up too much room on the bar was not remotely an issue- which is good, because these are big fat boy bumpers. They spent a couple of years in a filthy non-climate controlled garage and then in a series of basements and other than some purely cosmetic scrapes and scuffs and embedded dirt they are still in great shape. They have a bit of bounce when dropped but nothing crazy and they are budget bumpers anyways. For powerlifting they work fine until you actually do run out of room around 405. So, great for a beginner or somebody working at lower weights. Oh- it also dawned on me at some point that the colors are all switched around from the standards, I think? Made no difference to me in my garage of course but weird.
