I'm not actually 100% sure that the bar I have is technically an Echo bar because I bought it so long ago that the exact listing on the Rogue website no longer exists. It was called a "Rogue bar." But it's the same general thing- no center knurl, passive knurling, intended for multi-use. This was the only bar I owned for the first 5 years of my home gym, so i did everything with it. As a beginner, this worked fine and for anybody just starting out it's a very high quality bar and you won't miss any of the things that it doesn't do. I actually don't remember what the knurling was like originally because so much of it has been worn smooth from use and being racked into cheap metal J cups. But it couldn't have been too sharp. I still use this bar in most workouts with a landmine or just on accessory exercises. It got me started so i have a fondness for it but also- it's a perfectly good bar still. For someone who already has some years of training under their belt this is not going to be what they want, but anyone that just wants something basic with sleeves that spin that won't bend under heavy weight, go for this or something comparable instead of whatever Amazon special is the cheapest. Used, new, whatever- for something that will last literally decades paying a bit more upfront is worth it.

I upgraded to this from a cheapo Amazon post landmine and am very happy with it. The movement is noticeably smoother in every direction, and the ability to connect to my rack is going to open up a lot of exercises that i couldn't do before. Haven't used it a ton yet but excited to fit it into a lot of workouts in the near future.

I would love to be a contrarian and explain why everyone else is wrong about this bench but I can't, it's pretty great. It is incredibly sturdy and stable but also easy to move around. Yes, I'm in the gym to lift heavy things but when I need to get through a gap between equipment with inches to spare and then make a 90 degree turn, it would be very annoying to do with a 130 pound bench. The pad is great (although i like my Thompson fat pad better) and it's very stable when stored upright as well. I don't have any attachments yet, but I like that as an option for the future. But even if i never get any and i only use this for incline bench, DB exercises, etc, it would be well worth it.

Perfect intro to barbells for a kid. Nobody still small enough in my house to use this for real, but I do like to put a 5 or a 10 on it and use it as a makeshift mace sometimes to warm up my shoulders.

Really high quality pegs, love the smooth surface for sliding weights on and off. Also, as a person who is constantly messing with my setup and organization I love that these can be installed and removed by hand with the knurled nut. And that they only take up one hole in the upright. Tradeoff as always with Rogue is the price but since they will literally last forever i think it's worth it. However, if you don't care then of course there are cheaper options that do the same basic thing.

I accumulated a bunch of these by throwing them into orders to get 3 ships free when i was getting other stuff. They work. None of them have ever broken even when I was using them to haul my oversized body up to the top of a pullup. As for price, I'm not sure these are actually that much more expensive than other big brands. There are definitely Amazon sellers that would be way less but i would be legitimately concerned about quality in that case. If you're buying a whole bunch of bands at once, then shop around.

First, the positive- easy to put together, doesn't take up much space, compatible with lots of different racks. With the kickstand you can start at the top of the movement, and if you have the dual weight horns you can fit quite a bit of weight (depending on your plates, obviously). The Swan Neck also is handy for upright storage assuming you have a place to leave it. The bad is that I cannot figure out a way to use this thing that doesn't make my knees hurt. This might be my form or position or something, I'm not sure I can blame the mammoth. I have never had the opportunity to try any other belt squat either, so I can't say if it's the lever. It seems to work great for a lot of people so my suggestion would be to try before you buy somehow. And definitely either get it used or wait for Fringe to run a sale, which they seem to do constantly.

These work great and I really like how they fit tight on the bar so that you can skip collars at lower weights without your plates sliding around. They are pretty expensive, but I will say that other than getting dirty they are in perfect condition after years of use. No damage to the rubber or anything even though i use them in every single workout. Maybe other brands are that durable as well, I've only ever had these, but something to point out.
