I used this to hang a heavy bag from my rack- works perfectly, no complaints. Sturdy as hell, the steel is very thick. It came with a giant carabiner also, so it was easy to connect the swivel from the bag and to disconnect when I take it down.

Very basic and versatile piece of equipment and well made. Easily mounted and removed with the knurled nut so that they can be moved around for various exercises. Excellent for split squats, Nordic curls, and possibly in the future for landmine hack squats if I get a figjammer (Black Widow). I also use them as leg holders for lat pulldowns because I thought the giant roller across the rack might be too much to deal with. You do have to open your legs up a bit but no big deal. I find the padding comfortable although I think others may be plusher. And the rotation on mine works well.

These are great dumbbells. I have a pair of 50s that I got from a used equipment store to finish my 5-50 set. Who knows how old they are but they are in immaculate condition and will last in my home gym forever. The knurling is just the right amount of grippy for a dumbbell and the handles are thick but not too thick. I got them for 2 dollars a pound but my understanding is that they are commercial level crazy expensive new. I definitely would recommend at a comparable used price if you are looking for a urethane dumbbell. UPDATE- got some more heavier pairs, this time for only a dollar a pound. Absolute steal. I was looking for urethane as opposed to hex or other rubber DBs to keep the size down in the heavier weights. The 75s are 13" long and 7.5" across which is only an inch more than the rubber Troy 45s that i have, for context.

I use this for several different things in my gym. Its initial purpose was to help train my squat depth when I realized I had gotten into bad habits. It's also a very sturdy platform for step-ups or downs or to elevate if needed for cable exercises from the low trolley. Also, very mundane but i stand on it when I need to reach something that I have stored way up high. It's light and easy to move around, small enough to stash out of the way, but big and sturdy enough that I am totally comfortable on it no matter what I'm doing. When I researched other similar products from Rogue and Mike Bartos they were significantly more expensive and I can't imagine the performance is much different. The only downside is that it is a bit of a hassle to adjust the height - tradeoff for the sturdiness. In practice though I set it as low as it would go and have not needed to change it yet. But if you have a different use case than me, something to consider.

Excellent attachment for mutiple exercises. So far my main uses are tricep pushdowns and bicep curls. The rotation feels super nice, no stress on the wrists or elbows. For me, curls especially feel really good in a way that dumbbells or barbell curls never have. Super nice construction, very smooth rotation, and a choice of colors for the handles if you want. Plus, not incredibly expensive compared to similar products.

I've had this for a long time and can't really remember why I bought this one specifically. It works great for what it is- incredibly sturdy, UHMW inside so your knurling doesn't get messed up and it lifts the bar plenty high for loading. Downside obviously, you can only load one side at a time. Plus once you get up into the high 300s it gets a little tougher to lift up the bar. For me as someone working my max up from lowish 400s that has not been a huge issue and i don't really have space for a big double sided jack. In the future I will probably make space, and for someone routinely pulling 400, 500, or more they would most likely want a bigger version.

Cheap simple option that takes up no space. I generally would use a pretty wide bumper plate to start when I was using this so it was easy to line up well enough to get a stable setup. Obviously not as good as a real deadlift jack but if you're short on space it gets the job done. I also use it on top of blocks when i couldn't use a jack, so it still gets used even though I upgraded (slightly).
