The Rogue Ohio Power bar Cerakote is my daily driver. I have the OD Green version. Compared to the cheap barbells I used for years at commercial gyms and a private corporate gym, this thing is awesome! I feel like the knurling is awesome even with the Cerakote. It’s more aggressive than the Ohio Bar, but not enough that it hurts to use. I’ve not used it compared to the stainless without the coating, but maybe that’s for the best. I like it how it is. The coating on the sleeves are starting to wear off but that’s completely understandable with metal on metal contact. No rust on it anywhere, which is why I went with the Cerakote option since I’m in the Midwest summers are hot and humid, winters are cold and frigid. It’s a very capable barbell and should last me my life time. Just like everything in my gym. As long as I take care of it, I’ll be able to pass it down when I can no longer use it. My only complaint, and it’s not even a function issue. When I first got my bar; it was -33 degrees outside and when I opened my barbell, one of the stickers on the end caps had broke away from the metal and shattered into a bunch of pieces due to the cold. So I have one side that is just a blank metal end cap. I really should order a custom one with my logo from plate snacks.

This is a step up from those old yoga mats that were basically a thicker version of that “grip roll” stuff you’d put in the bottom of a drawer or cupboard. Those also never really last very long and just fall apart after a while. This was a “take a chance” without knowing much about it, purchase from Costco and it’s not bad. When you initially unroll it, it still wants to take the rolled up form, after a while it does flatten out. Id say this one is a mid grade yoga mat. It’s only been used a handful of times for P90X yoga/X-Stretch and just some stretching here and there. It hasn’t been used very heavily so I can’t speak on its long term durability. Over all it does what it’s intended to do, it’s grippy enough and doesn’t seem to get slick. It also has enough padding that it doesn’t feel like you’re directly on the hard ground. Especially if you’re on your knees or elbows. Over all I like it. It also has a “strap” (basically a string) that you can roll it up, cinch up and store out of the way.

This is a very heavy duty plate tree! It’s very stout and holds a lot of weight. Currently I only have 550lbs of plates on mine. I did order mine with casters and I’m really glad I did as it helps move it around the gym easier. The finish on the weight horns has started to wear off in some areas but nothing crazy. I feel like this weight tree will last me forever. It also has a nice little area to tuck my Kleeva Built Genesis Jack into between the brackets and keeps it out of the way. Some people might think this is over built for what it is, and they might be right. I like mine. Even though you just hang plates on it.

I was having some issues with my back years ago and I got talked into using a foam roller. I would roll out and my back would pop and feel so good. I then would use it to roll my quads, glutes, and hammies and that would help lower back pain. I decided to buy one for home, I wanted something that would last and not fall apart after a few years like some foam rollers. I found this one and decided to get it. It’s firm enough due to the tube core wrapped with foam. Yet soft enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re rolling on just a hard tube. Over all I’m happy with it and would recommend it, but I understand its personal preference.

As far as ankle/wrist straps go, those are well made! I used to use them all the time to do leg curl and extensions before I got a machine. They are comfortable and well made. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy ankle cuffs.

I got this when I was looking for a cheap option to add weight to my ruck bag. At the time of purchase I had been using an old backpack but knew I would eventually upgrade to a GoRuck Rucker 4.0 so I wanted one that would work when I made the upgrade. At the time of purchase a 45lb Signature Fitness cast iron ruck plate was going for about $53, compared to the $125 for a GoRuck Long plate. I figured it was worth a shot, and if it didn’t work when I upgraded, it was relatively cheap. I got it in, one side is a little “ugly” compared to the other side but in general it isn’t bad. It weighed 45lbs so it was pretty accurate. The fit and finish is pretty “plane” but the edges are rounded. It is a little tight in the Large pocket of the Rucker 4.0 large pocket, but works perfectly! It is a great alternative to the GoRuck brand Long 45 ruck plate. 45lbs is 45lbs and since it is going to be sealed up in the Plate pocket of my Rucker you don’t even see it, so how it looks doesn’t even matter. I’m not sure how it would hold up if you tossed it around in the bag since it’s not ductile iron, like the GoRucks. Either way, the price is good and you can basically buy two for the price of one. So as long as you aren’t being too rough with it. I don’t see it being a problem. I’ll show the pretty side in the picture lol.

The rogue monster lite landmine is pretty basic and lacks a lot of features. It does what it’s designed to, but scuffs up the side of your rack pretty good. I solved this problem (after scratching up my rack) by buying a coupe nylon washers and adding them to protect the rack. Something like this should have been included from the factory. I really wanted the Kleeva ADROIT LANDMINE 2.0 but they were always sold out. So I just went with the Rogue one. Even the Monster Landmine is nicer. With that said, the monster lite landmine does add a lot of functionality to the rack by allowing you to do landmine work with you barbell. If I didn’t already have one, or I had to buy another one. I would go with the “REP® X Kleva Built® Adroit Landmine” now that they have collaborated. You can get it to fit 1inch or 5/8 hole sizing. Plus it comes with a magnet to store it upright against the rack.

I’ve had this rack for 5 years and I’m completely satisfied with it. When I first started looking for racks I was contemplating cheaper racks from other brands, but I decided to go with the Rogue Monster Lite line with the 5/8 holes and west side hole spacing. I didn’t want a rack I would have to bolt to the ground, but I still wanted something sturdy. This totally fits the bill! In instillation as pretty straight forward and pretty easy to do. It’s heavy enough to stays put pretty well. If you’re slamming the weight into the Jcups you may move it a little over time, especially if you’re not on rubber floors. This is a great and safe rack, the only thing you can’t really do with a flat foot rack is use band pegs for band work. I mean; you can, but you risk potentially lifting/moving your rack if you’re strong enough as the rack weighs 295lbs. Also, I don’t think you’re supposed to use attachments like the Pritchett pad either. So it does have its limitations. Just like anything, there is a give and take. I do believe that you can buy some mounting brackets if you do decide to bolt it to the floor for you to be able to use that, but that just removes the whole reason you probably got a flat footed rack. There is also no numbers laser etched like other racks. So I used a white out tape to mark holes. Some people buy those magnets and others just use a paint pen or chalk. I’m pretty happy with this purchase and don’t see the need to upgrade to anything else. I’ll probably end up passing this down to grand kids lol.
