They do what I need them to do. I got them free with some weight plates I bought of FBM but I do agree with others that they are overpriced new for what they are.

I have the Adaptabell Max version. They are solid and the knurling is sufficient. My main gripe is that changing the weight is kind of a pain, so we don't do it. We ended up getting some powerblocks shortly after this so we don't use them much except for movements that are hindered by the powerblocks cage (overhead tricep extensions and the like). I do think the upgrade to the Max version is not worth it. I would just stick with the plastic ones if I was to do this again.

I got these a couple years ago from the PowerBlock site. They came with the dumbbell stand and the extensions to go up to 90 lbs. They are built great and are adjustable from 5-90lbs by 2.5lb increments. The stand is also fantastic. I did hate the original handles so I replaced them with some knurled Average Joe handles and it made them so much better. The only hang up I have with them now is that I have large hands and the cage is pretty small. My hand fits but I do hit my knuckles at times and some movements are weird bc my hand takes up most of the cage. The cage to hand size ratio is the only reason I upgraded my dumbbell setup.

Bought this off FBM (plate loaded edition). It does was it says it does. I do have to counter balance it with all of my heavier unused iron plates bc I didn’t want to bolt to my basement floor. I like the different ratios 1:1 or 2:1 that are achievable. Plate loading is kind of a pain in that if the plates get loaded all the way on the pin it rubs on the machine some. The item is pretty short but that is a pro for us. It fits perfectly under our duct work. If we had more space I wouldn’t mind a couple more inches.

Have both the massenomics and the LHLE versions. I use them for everything. I don’t drop the bar so I don’t have any issues. One out of the 4 has the plastic screw bolt thing that is getting worn some so I will need to replace at some point but that’s just a trip to Menards.

Have had these things for several years now. Bought them to make zerchers fit my arms better. They work for okay for that and occasionally I will throw them on something for their intended purpose. I dont regret the purpose but I also wouldn’t buy again.

This thing is great, built like a tank and for a small gym the ability to store upright is huge. Wish that there was someway to retrofit these new bench attachments rep is going out with to it but I don’t think there is.

Bought used on FBM for $250 and it’s was easily the best gym upgrade. This thing is solid and it’s my space perfectly. Will never have to upgrade again but may convert to 6 post at some point.
