Extremely well build and premium feeling. I struggle finding movements that feel good that having a shorter handle would feel better. I splurged getting a pair that at the price these are and the value to number of movements that feel good isn’t there….yet I’m still glad I have them

Awesome extremely expensive weights. I bought four on sale for a very expensive price to reduce the effort with the Adaptabells while keeping a minimum plate outer diameter. If you need to optimize for max weight, smallest thickness, and smallest OD, I think these are the only option.

I have the pro plastic versions. Huge improvement over the spin lock 1” Yes4all handles at an affordable price. Bought more handles and cap 1” plates to give me all the Dumbell options I want to just program in to avoid the tedious plate change over. I’ve gone up to 80lbs each handle and holds up just fine. I don’t drop and even rolling I can feel a ‘resonance’ in the handle that isn’t confidence inspiring. Just don’t abuse these and you’ll have a very affordable and space saving option for dumbbell movements.

Newbie to felt loads and sitting on my ass to get fit aka this is my first and only leg extension/leg curl equipment. As a pretty pure squatter/deadlifter and no time for accessories lifter for 20 years, having this attachment has been awesome. I’ve added both extensions and curls on off days and have seen tremendous gains with this. It’s not perfect. The cable attachment (that came months late and probably would have been forgotten if I didn’t harass them every few weeks to send it) is very long to achieve the appropriate travel and it creates problems with limited space. The pads feel great and the handles comfortable at 5’8”. Extensions leaning back I can lock in on my quads and feel really comfortable cable or plates. Same for leg curls. I’ll add a pad under my hips and feel I get great tension, again with plates or cable.

Multi function piece that installs easy. Build quality is great and fairly compact so high value. Wanted to use this as another low row option since my Rogue rhino setup is a pain but because of the size of the FM trolley and it being off set combined with the limited length of this attachment, it didn’t fit my needs. Worthwhile piece because of its functionality if it fits yours.

Solid jcups. Cost is pretty great relative to other options. Very interesting seating mechanism that I really like with the exception that it can eat away at my paint/keyhole on my Rogue rack seating and unseating it so I’m using them in a single position to avoid continuous removal.

Purchased these for the length to use on my Fringe BOB. Useful for the safeties on that setup but the magnets are too weak to even hold the shaft straight and the build feel cheap for how expensive these are. Terrible to use as a magpin and other applications it would be cheaper to just use a band peg.

Took a pass at getting this bar as a heavily discounted Frankenstein barbell. The build quality is way above my experiences with Rogue and Fringe barbells. The blem was really minor on the sleeve so my value was really high. The knurl on this bar is incredibly passive. My Ohio pull up bar has more bite than this bar. Unfortunately will not keep this bar despite the awesome build as my preference is more aggressive knurls that I’ll never pick this bar up.
